Lorin Michael Graef M.D.
Dr. Graef was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. A graduate of Brown University and Stanford Medical School, he completed an internship at Mount Auburn Hospital (Harvard Medical School). He moved to South Florida over 15 years ago, after completing residency and fellowship in neurology at Johns Hopkins Medical School. Today, Dr. Graef is regarded as one of the top neurologists in Boca Raton and uses his keen diagnostic skills to help patients throughout tri-county area to find answers to complex neurologic complaints.
Adam Dov Falchook, M.D.
Dr. Falchook is a board-certified neurologist with additional specialized training in Behavioral Neurology. He is a graduate of University of Florida and Mount Sinai Medical School in NYC. Dr. Falchook is well regarded in the community for his highly individualized and innovative approach to diagnosing and treating Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Prior to moving back to Boca Raton, where he was raised, Dr. Falchook was on the faculty at the University of Florida, where he authored multiple publications.
Annet Ella Falchook, M.D.
Dr. Falchook is board-certified in general neurology with additional specialized training and certification in neuromuscular medicine and electrophysiology. Her special interests include diagnosis and management of neuropathies, myopathies, and Myasthenia Gravis. After leaving her faculty position at University of Florida, she quickly established herself in the community by providing expert clinical care to patients with peripheral nerve and muscle disorders. Originally from Pittsburgh, Dr. Falchook resides in Boca Raton, FL with her family.
